The Gorgeous Wedding of Becky & Ryan
Becky and Ryan tied the knot on Friday 10th August 2018 on another gorgeous day. They got married at the lovely St. Macartan’s Church, Trillick before setting off to Hotel Kilmore, Co. Cavan for their wedding reception.
It’s a bonus when your wedding clients are as nice as Becky and Ryan – they were great to photograph and you could clearly see they were very much in love with each other.
So we started the day as normal – capturing all of the little detaails that make a wedding day special. The house was full of activity with the whole bridal party there as well as her parents, and make up and hair stylusts too. I was up and down the stairs like a yoyo between getting photos of the likes of her wedding dress, shoes, flowers and jewellery and then getting a shout from downstairs that something else was happening. It’s all go on wedding mornings and time sure does fly by! I love the challenge of capturing it all beautufully and telling a story through images.
Looking back at these images, it reminds me that Becky and Ryan’s wedding ceremony also went somewhat viral if I remember correctly. I didnt know that Ryan was so talented at playing the guitar alongside a tidy singing voice too! So at one point during the service, Ryan got up and made his way over to where he had his guitar sitting ready and started playing away to his new wife! All of this was a total surprise to Becky and it was lovely to see the happiness it brought to all of the guests! Top notch brownie points racked up right there!

A Dream of an Heirloom Wedding Album
Their heirloom album is amazing and tells their story beautifully, with over 200 images across 82 pages and finished off in a luxurious sage green natural leather. It’s a beauty! I kind of wish I photographed it before sending it to it’s new home, almost two years ago now.
