Terms and conditions 

• The Booking – 30-minute photoshoot sessions with specific time slots are booked via our online booking software, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Booking Fee – A booking fee of £49 is required to book your photoshoot time slot, and is paid via our online booking system. This will be subtracted from your total price, leaving you with a balance, payable on the day via cash, card payment, or Revolut.
• Timings – Photoshoots run on a strict timetable. If you are late for yours, you eat into your own time and you may not get the photos you want. 
• Pets – Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in these Christmas Mini Photoshoots. This is due to the amount of equipment we’ll have about the studio for these.
• Digital Photo Delivery – You will be sent your own private online gallery where you can download your photos securely. Clients that have selected the 3 or 10 digital image packages will need to complete their selections before the gallery expires before the end of the calendar year.
• Creative Licence – The photographer shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to poses and the locations used. The style of photographs taken by the photographer shall be deemed correct, but can be dependent upon the willingness of the clients during their photoshoot time slot.
• Quantity of Photos – We don’t specially know an exact number, but you will be able to download your package choice with no hidden charges. If we think it’s photo-worthy, then you’ll have it in your gallery. • Damage – If any damage is recklessly caused to any studio equipment or property, then the client is liable for its repair or replacement. Any reckless behaviour will result in the immediate cessation of your photoshoot.
• Fulfilment Timeframe – You will be sent your online gallery link, complete with your photos, as early as the same day and no later than two weeks after your photoshoot.
• Online Gallery Expiration – Galleries will be available to view and download until the end of the calendar year. I will also keep studio backups of all ordered photos should you ever need them in the future or if anything was to happen to your own digital back-up.
• Rescheduling Options – Up to 7 days prior to your photoshoot, you may reschedule your photoshoot either online yourself via the link in your confirmation email, or by contacting the studio directly. 
• Cancellation Policy – At the studio’s discretion, if you cancel your booked photoshoot within a reasonable timeframe, you may be allowed to transfer the booking fee to a Family or Pet Photoshoot in the studio, before the end of March 2027. Booking fees are non-refundable. If you don’t turn up for your photoshoot without notice, or fail to give at least three full working days’ notice, then no booking fee transfer will be offered and future bookings will not be accepted. If you show up more than fifteen minutes late, it will be classed as a no-show. In the unlikely event of the studio needing to cancel your photoshoot, a full refund will be issued.
